The car offered late at night was excellent, we were upgraded to a 4X4 which was ideal as it snowed heavily and our Accomodation was on a minor village road way up a valley

They didn't have any snow chains and we were going into the mountains so they upgraded us to a Cadillac Escalade. The car is everything that's wrong with humanity but it was a nice gesture. My only gripe was that when I dislocated my shoulder skiing and we had to put another driver on for the journey back they tried to charge us for an extra driver for the whole week.
