Q1.What is an insurance excess?
The excess is the amount you'll only be liable for in case of damage(under Collision Damage Waiver) or theft(under Theft Protection) of the vehicle.
Information about the excess will be clearly stated in the price inclusion when you reserve a car on QEEQ.
Q2. How can I add an addtional driver?
You are advised to make a request upon your arrival at the rental counter. Additional charge per day will incur unless '1 Additional Driver Included' is stipulated on the rental.
Please note that the same licence and age requirement applys to the additonal driver. The addtional driver is supposed to present the required licence document along with the main driver at pickup.
Q3.What if I want to pick up or drop off my rental car out of office hours?
QEEQ will show you the car offers available at your chosen time on the search results.
However, pick-up or drop-off out of general opening hours may subject to an extra fee unless self-service pick-up or drop-off is available.
After you reserve a car on QEEQ, we will inform you of specific policy of the car hire company by email.
Q4. Can I take the hired car to another country or cross border?
If you want to pick up your car in one country and drop it in another, your search results will show you cars you can do that with.
If you're planning to cross any borders during your trip, bear in mind:
1. You may have to pay more.
There are often extra fees, taxes or additional cover you'll pay at the car hire counter.
2.It may not be allowed.
Depending on where you're hiring, you may not be able to take your car to another country.
Please email us if you want to take your hire car into a different country during your trip, and we'll talk you through your options.
Q5. Can I pick up my car at one location and return it at different location?
Yes. You can pick up the vehicle in one place and drop it off in another. An ‘one-way fee’ will incur. Whether it is inclued in the rental price or what additional cost may arise will be clearly stated at the time of booking on QEEQ.
Please inform the car hire company of your drop-off location when you pick up the vehicle or contact them directly during your trip. You will find a phone number on the rental agreement you signed at pickup.

I often rent cars in Budapest, and overall, the service here is not as good as Sixt. When picking up the car, they just hand you the keys and the pickup sheet, and even the registration document is given separately, making it easy to misplace. No one guides you to check the vehicle condition; you're left to compare it against the pickup sheet yourself. The car wasn't even cleaned properly, with a layer of dust on the surface. At pickup, they informed me that highway fees are not included, using the excuse 'That's why we offer low prices.' I can only say it's full of tricks...

This car rental experience was extremely disappointing, particularly due to Klass Wagen's hidden mandatory charges which were very unsatisfactory. I had already purchased full insurance in advance through the Zuzuche platform; however, when picking up the car at the counter, the staff explicitly informed me that they didn't have any historical damage records for the vehicle. They said if I didn't pay an additional 190 Euros to purchase their insurance, 'any damage—whether new or pre-existing but unrecorded—would be my responsibility, and up to 2600 Euros could be directly deducted from my credit card.' In this scenario, the so-called 'optional insurance' was practically meaningless and essentially a disguised mandatory fee. My first instinct was to cancel the booking and rent a car from another company, but upon further investigation I found that all other companies, including Hertz, AVIS, Enterprise, etc., showed no availability of cars on the same day—only Klass Wagen had vehicles available. This raised suspicion about whether they were intentionally manipulating car availability or even sharing information in some manner to create a 'no other option' scenario, thereby forcing users into accepting these additional insurance charges. Since I had already wasted time going back and forth between the airport and their office and it was already 7 PM (and I still had an hour-and-a-half drive to my destination), I had no choice but to reluctantly pay the 190 Euros to pick up the car. On a positive note, the Zuzuche platform’s customer service was very professional and responsive; they actively assisted throughout the process and ultimately helped refund the insurance I originally purchased on their platform, which I deeply appreciate. Nevertheless, I strongly urge Zuzuche to enhance supervision over Klass Wagen's hidden mandatory fee practices to safeguard users' legitimate rights. Additionally, I advise other renters that if you must choose Klass Wagen, ensure to confirm their insurance policies and vehicle conditions in advance, keep all evidence of car collection, and avoid falling into similar traps.

I've rented cars abroad many times, but this was the first time I encountered an issue during return. They first checked the front windshield and underside of the car and then found some damage, which they photographed and showed me. Fortunately, I had full insurance, so the claim process was fast. However, it felt a bit like a setup because we didn't inspect the underside when picking up the car, only the exterior. I also don’t recall any incidents during the trip. Next time, I'll make sure to use my phone to check underneath the car when picking it up. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and the car was in great condition.

When returning the car, no one inspected its condition. They just said to leave the keys. Later in the evening, I received a message claiming there were scratches and they would deduct 630 euros. When I got out of the car to grab my luggage, I didn’t see any scratches on the bumper. This issue is really hard to argue about. Besides, replacing a bumper shouldn’t cost 630 euros, and from the photo, it looks like it could be polished clean.

The rental company does not include the Hungarian highway toll fee. They also informed us on-site about the cross-border requirements. How can such a predatory company be part of your platform? During the car return process, they almost used a magnifying glass to inspect the vehicle, yet they found no issues. Both parties signed off to complete the return process. A few days later, my credit card was charged 200 euros, and Schiller emailed claiming there was ash residue somewhere. I've rented cars abroad for 18 years, and this is the first time I've encountered such a rental company—it’s practically daylight robbery!
