Car was in good condition and service was friendly. BUT. We forgot a bag under the passenger seat with something very valuable and after we let the car rental company know and met them again to inspect the car it was gone. Pretty sure someone from the service / cleaning took the bag. Manager was very helpful and understanding tho.

They scammed me on the insurance and were very unprofessional. It took hours to get responses from customer service. They deliberately made the service stressful to try to scam more money from me. Their emergency roadside assistance service left me in a very dangerous situation.

I was told that I needed to purchase additional third party liability insurance (Despite Qeeq including it on my voucher). They said only $750,000 was included, but I needed $3,000,000. When I was given a receipt, it only showed this as a car upgrade. I asked for a receipt, they said all I could be given was what I already had (with no mention of additional insurance). Cost was an additional $188CAD

we went to pick up the car and Mex car rental wanted an additional $300.00 for a 3rd party insurance, which we have full international rental car coverage through our own insurance so we didn't pick up the car at all. We did not get the car therefore, we lost the money we spent already on the car rental. Mex car rental is a scam.

They did not accept my insurance papers that i had no problem with last time i was in mexixo and wanted to have 2000$ more!!!! It was a total ripoff!!! Would never rent again from them!!!
