Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Follow signs to the baggage claim area. We offer convenient rental assistance in two areas. See our rental sales agent at the Budget Counter located in baggage claim or proceed outside for a short ride to our rental facility. Shuttle services are offered outside of baggage claim at the Rental Car Pick up area. Our Budget courtesy shuttle will transport you to our Budget rental facility. CARS: Must take 5 minute shuttle ride to Budget office. RETURNS & WALK-UP RENTERS: From I-45, take the Broadway/Hobby Airport exit. Turn south on Broadway & look for the Hobby Airport exit ramp. Follow Car Rental Return signs to lead to the Budget facility. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box. Remember to take your personal belongings with you. Note - 24 hr. Shuttling service is available. However during after-hours, Shuttle service is only available to the airport terminal. Shuttling services from the airport will resume during operating hours.

If returning between the hours of 4:00am and 7:00am, please return the vehicle to 7600 Airport Blvd. Houston, TX 77061 at our partner National Car Rental. A shuttle will be available to take return you to the terminal.

The vehicle was acceptable, but not the model I booked. It was difficult to cancel the toll service; the staff refused to do it even before I left the store. They told me to call customer service instead. The service experience was very poor, lacking awareness of customer needs, and seemed only focused on making customers spend more money.

Pretty good, quite convenient, but Hertz often doesn't provide the specific car you booked. They just give you whatever is available, and the staff checks the system upon your arrival to confirm.

I would like for the Bus Sharon Mayberry bus driver she went above to accommodate us my brother is totally a disabled senior. She parked one van and came right back with a van with a lift for my brother! I shared this experience with family and friends, will use again!AND THE NICE GIRL AT COUNTER I FORGOT HER NAME...tHEY ROCK she was very fast and efficient goy long line down!
