Good but not satisfied

This car rental company is suspected of insurance fraud. When we picked up the car, it had a broken light which we asked them to note down, but they didn't. We took a photo, and when returning the car, they immediately took a picture, implying that we damaged it. Then they insisted that we scratched the wheel rim. Friends, be vigilant when checking the car. The car rental services at Lang Man Airport have gone bad. Returning the car costs 5000 Baht, we almost missed our flight because of this troublesome process. This rental company was decent before March this year, but now they're just about collecting fines and money.

The counter staff keep dragging on pick up, told me twice to wait 10mins, and 1 last time another staff tell us To wait another 5mins, in the end the whole process of pick up taken more than 30mins. And the car we rent was different.

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and we quickly contacted ERC helpline, where it was amazing help from your staff who help us to contact the car rental company to hold the car for us for a period.

The booth and easy car re tal did not match up. Needed clarity there.
