The car provided during pickup did not match the booking, it was old and worn-out. They replaced it midway with a passable one.

There was only one staff member at the counter.

Good quality of cars..

The car was really dirty, there was even a shoe from another person under the seat. The breaks started not to work but in all the country they only have ofices in Kuala Lumpur and in Penang to change the car and i was on the other side of the country so i had to go have of the country with tje breaks broken.

The car was in a great condition despite the car being compatibility the cheapest in the market.
