They gave me a slightly better car than what I booked, the service was good and quite smooth

It was my first time and I really enjoyed this platform. Moreover I used price drop protector and wow it was amazing, they rebooked automatically my car for cheaper. Overall I am really satisfied with this and since I booked 2 more times with you guys!

The car was great. Thank you for the upgrade. Unfortunately, picking up the car was a bit more difficult, as we were not given directions and waited inside the airport at the usual car pick up area ( by the Vodaphone kiosk), before anothe car company individual approached us and assisted us by telling us to go outside. We also waited a while to pick up the car. Apart from the pick up we were very satisfied with the state of the car. The return process was excellent. The lady even assisted us in connecting to the internet so that we could order an Uber to take us back to our hotel.

Platform worked well in connecting us with a rental.

plus d 1h30 pour récupérer la voiture.....malgré mes appels téléphoniques en Espagne qui m ont coûté plus de 10euros....véhicule donné au départ sans essence...le personnel s est rattrapé et m a donné un véhicule neuf haut de gamme

Car was great, price was dirt cheap, counter staff were all nice. Location was very difficult to find and it took a long time for the shuttle to take us back to the airport while we were in a time crunch.
