Poor experience. Felt I was mis sold the car hire and was then blackmailed into ‘upgrading’

1. Had to wait over half an hour for the staff. 2. The pickup point wasn't at the airport as mentioned, but in a remote location that required a shuttle. 3. The car provided was not the Toyota Vios I reserved, but a downgraded Perodua Axia. 4. The car wasn't full of fuel, it was only at the last segment. 5. After taking photos and returning the car, I refueled it fully. Although they didn't mention keeping the fuel receipt, comparisons of the dashboard photos before and after returning the car show I refueled it, but the company refused to provide the photos. 6. Upon returning the car, a staff member was very rude and used abusive language, even attempting to intimidate me with threats of violence.

The car and the person were not at the airport when I arrived. I had to call, and they came after 15 minutes.

Informed them in advance that I would be half an hour late for the return (because the pick-up itself was delayed by half an hour). At return, they pretended not to know and charged an overtime fee.

Great service attitude, prompt service, and friendly local staff in Malaysia.

Like: Cars came as they were expected to.
Dislike: The Toyota Vios we rented could have been a little cleaner. Especially the passenger seats at the back.
