Very satisfied

The overall service was decent, but not very satisfactory. Returning the car was rushed, especially considering Bangkok's traffic congestion. The process took a lot of time and they were quite unfriendly throughout. Picking up the car was also inconvenient, as I had to wait for half an hour because no one was at the counter.

First, there's no need to queue for pick-up, and the location is easy to find. Second, returning the car is very simple—just hand back the keys. Since it was around 9 PM, the staff didn’t come down to the parking lot for inspection, so I could leave directly.

Pretty good. No extra charges. Washed the car before returning it, they checked the mileage, ensured the fuel tank was full, confirmed there were no scratches on the exterior, and quickly approved the return.
