The counter staff was very courteous, Mr. Michael took over from his colleague and engage with us. He also did explain the car condition at the pick-up point and the drop-off point when returning the car back. However, this Proton Saga Auto economic edition should equip with central locking for customer's safety and the tire pressure must be checked as well. The car dashboard also needs to be clean as it was dusty.

This booking platform is very efficient and easy to use. I'm afraid the Price Drop Protector didn't work for me perhaps I believe I booked the car 5 days before my departure. However, Easyrentcars.com should allow customers to key in their legacy airline membership no in order to earn the miles. It has to be a win-win situation for customers and Easyrentcars.com.

Like: Rental a car for travel in Penang with Proton Sega instead of Myvi but the experience was good as the car is brand new with low milieage and easy navigation of the interior.
Dislike: The car air-conditioner was actually switching between hot and cold starting from the second day with a mild musty smell occasionally BUT I must emphasize the overall air being blown out is still generally cold and had a good experience with the car.
