This information was not mentioned in the order, so we had to ask around to find the company. 2. Unreasonable charges. I used the highway with an ETC, showing a toll of 1.35 EUR, but the car rental company charged me a 40 EUR fine. In the end, I was charged several hundred yuan extra without any explanation. After returning home, I had to contact after-sales multiple times to resolve this. 3. When returning the car, the staff were overwhelmed and very impatient, providing poor service. In the end, I recommend choosing a big company for car rental. Although it's a bit more expensive, at least the service is good and they don't make random charges. The checkout process was very slow. The lady at the counter was nice but they were really really slow. When we returned the car, it was like a ZOO. People were lined up for over an hour to wait for the transportation to take them to the airport. We just about missed our flight. Very poor organization of the shuttle to the airport.

But they businesses practise is terrible and they have refused to return money even after it has become obvious what they did. They should be ashamed to take money from clients like that.
