My friend and I are very satisfied. It provided great convenience for my trip to Thailand, allowing us to go wherever we wanted without feeling restricted in a foreign country. 1. In the middle of processing my rental, they started assisting other customers and took a very long time. 2. They charged me 5000 THB at the counter even though I had already paid 1450 CNY in full when booking through Zuzuche, and they said Zuzuche would refund me.
