The car we received was very new, and the parking lot staff pointed out all the existing scratches so we could take pictures. They also explained the fuel type and return process before leaving. Returning the car was very straightforward. The staff walked around the car, checked the fuel level by starting the engine, and that was it. Around 20 days after returning the car, the pre-authorized deposit was refunded.

Confident in my driving skills, I chose not to buy extra insurance, and there were no unnecessary troubles during the car return.
