We originally rented a Toyota Vios, but we ended up with a Malaysian domestic car. Very dissatisfied.

I did not fulfill the contract because they demanded an extra payment of about 74 MYR, without clear explanation. QEEQ's order listed it as 'other' without specifying the amount, which did not match the quoted price on the website. Extending the rental period costs 250 MYR per day. The agent who delivered the car was local and communication was impossible. Renting in the city costs only 85 MYR per day. Do not rent from QEEQ. I accept forfeiting my deposit; this is trash.

Pickup counter is located at KLIA Terminal 1, but it was not clear on the Voucher. We had to figure out after reaching there that we need to travel to T1 using bus to pick-up. Took ~25-30mins to reach, and another 25-30mins for car pickup. The car provided was old, didnt have Apple Car Play or Android Auto.

Booking was smooth, would have helped to get more details on pick-up location

Like: Car was in good condition; reasonable price; emergency repair and replacement service clearly stated under the terms and conditions provided peace of mind.
Dislike: inefficient staffs - for pick-up, we called them before arrival at the office, yet documents were totally unprepared, no staffs in the office, we waited for more than 30 minutes for the staffs to come to the office and for the documents to be prepared.
