Overall very satisfied; the car pickup process was smooth. On the way to the hotel, the left mirror hit a road barrier, and there was a small scratch on the car body. The rental company took the car for assessment the day before return and provided a free ride to the airport the next day. The compensation was reasonable, and they provided a receipt from the repair shop.

The service staff explained everything patiently and had a great attitude. The handover process was simple!

Car was alright, smooth process of collecting and dropping off. Staff very helpful and quick response especially from Ms Eka.

Platform was reliable. Everything are well prepared.

Pickup was fast. Dropoff was slightly alower at offpeak hrs (7am)

Is honest staff handle all this, and some tolerable situation accepted. They are friendly.
