KLIA Car rental

This company is a scam! We received a car that looked like it was about to be scrapped. After getting the car, we felt something was wrong and wanted to return it, but the rental company insisted on giving us this car and said there were no other options available. We nearly got into an accident at the Kuala Lumpur airport roundabout because the brakes weren't working properly. Less than 10 minutes after leaving, we were pulled over by the police and given a ticket. The officer said the car's insurance had expired and it had two unpaid fines. This scam company is run by an Indian owner. If you search for this place on Google, you'll see it marked as a scam with numerous bad reviews. The owner rents out junk cars hoping customers will get into accidents so he can charge them a huge repair fee, and he is notorious for not refunding deposits. We were so scared after the near-accident that we didn't dare drive anymore, which resulted in a significant financial loss as we couldn't cancel our hotel reservations and the rental company offered no compensation. Be careful and avoid this place at all costs!

Basic car. Ok for purposes. Smaller than expected.

Great Experience with Paradise. The only problem with my car is, the door lock is not properly work. you should turn it on or off manually, plus, the central lock might be broken. Second, the car security key lock sometimes doesnt work.
