Hi there my recent rental reference number refers (45001997). The car was in the most deplorable conditions. I've used your services all over the world this year, namely USA, Australia and Iceland. The car was filthy (not washed or cleaned) upon collection, brakes barely worked, was making a helluva noise, and the icing on the cake was when the cockroaches came out to play when dusk dawned upon the island of Langkawi. Although I appreciated their company, the uninvited guests in my rented car were most unwelcome. Is there a way you can streamline your partners or ensure they provide cars that are decent in condition?!

I’m pretty happy with the picking up and returning process. I hope you can make some checks and repair with your vehicles. The first Proton Saga I received has a faulty radio and hard steering. After changing to another proton Saga, the drive is good but I feel there is something wrong with the front right wheel.

Their staff, "Ah Boy" been efficient and friendly. He texted us a day in advanced regarding deposit amount required. Waited for us at arrival hall and lead us straight to our rented vehicle. Quick briefing on the car handover. Everything was smooth and returning the vehicle and deposit refund was fast too. Highly recommended.
