The staff at the store said my credit card couldn't be used, but in reality, there were no cars available. I tried using the card elsewhere without any issues, then went back and tried several cards again, but they still said they couldn't be used. It took me two hours without being able to get a car. Eventually, I rented a car from another company to continue my trip. I am extremely dissatisfied.

The service was fine and patient. We reserved a V60 but got a diesel V90 CC instead. The car was in great and new condition. The only issue was that the child seat provided didn't match our reservation. My son had to squeeze in for 10 days. They said a compatible model would be available the next day, but since we had everything planned, we couldn't go back to exchange the seat.

The service attitude was excellent, and there was no queue.
