Picking up and dropping off went smoothly, and although the car was old, it was well maintained.

Very good and convenient

It was clearly stated that the car should be returned with a full tank, but when I picked it up, the fuel level was very low. Since I was not familiar with the area, I missed a gas station and had to look around frantically. I found one eventually, but it was closed. I was worried about running out of gas and it took me almost an hour to find another station.

Very good service and helpful! Surely one of the best car rental companies in KLIA!

to receive the car you should go to there counter which is very far from the airport building and it will be difficult when have a children's and more bags, and when we reach to the counter no one was there, we waited there representative around 20 min in very bad weather
