Standard expectation.

Many thanks to Shiying and Lia, we had an excellent driving experience on Langkawi Island and enjoyed a wonderful holiday. They were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Excellent and very convenient. Bought third-party liability waiver, which made driving more reassuring. Gas is very cheap in Malaysia. Returning the car was very simple; just take a photo of the car, leave the keys under the floor mat, and inform the location. QEEQ is very convenient. More rental locations would be even better.

The only problem it was about the car it’s got a lot of Scratches and the car clearly had an accident before and the engine was not good enough especially when going up to the heights road, except that the employee of the company was very good and the procedures were easy and simple.

they said it will have a guy holding the name card just outside of the arrival hall, PLEASE do remember to have a phone number in malaysia, or at least have a wifi or using their SIM card there, and get contact by using whatsapp or something like that. it was a terrible experience that i gave them the flight number and when I go out, no one there, try to find anybody looks like picking up customer, but no use. need to contact them by phone, and they did come to the airport,but stay outside of it, if just sending whatsapp might cause you a lot of time, but if you don't have a phone, this is the only way you can do, unless you don't need the car.

hope that the detail shown in your confirmation are correct, as I didn't see anybody waiting for me outside with a name card.

Car was good except that the car had no power steering (or was faulty). Everything else was perfect
