Waited in line a bit long, but the staff went through the contract terms in detail on-site and quickly fixed any issues they found. I got both paper and digital copies of the contract right away. Their service attitude was excellent. When I returned the car, they inspected it on the spot, confirmed there were no problems, checked the car back in immediately, and told me right there that the deposit would be refunded to my account. Very efficient.

They can speak English, pretty good.

We were upgraded without request to a Renault Capture which was quite roomy, and powerful, but also economical. It handled very well. However, the GPS was not completely up to date, so we wound up several times in dead ends. Overall, we were very pleased with the car especially for the price. The staff also were very efficient, and did not try to press insurance packages on us. We would definitely rent from OK Cars again.

Wasn’t clear the pick up spot

It was the 2nd time that I rent a car from OK RENT A CAR, I really liked it. The guys over there are professional and helpful. they know the process and finished everything faster than I expected. I do recommend OK RENT A CAR if you want to rent a car in Spain or Portugal.
