The pickup and dropoff process was quite fast. The vehicle was a bit old, but the interior was fairly clean. The customer service was very attentive, providing lots of guides on how to park and drive.

Thanks to upgrade our car to innova. A little disappointment is The final day we chose to early drop off but waiting Sea Safari representative for more than half an hr to return car.

The contact numbers and pick up details provided were not accurate. I waited a good 1.5 hours and noone came to the arrivals hall. I had to call Easyrentcar and they took around an hour to locate the person dropping the car off. He was waiting outside the airport and his number was not the same as the one on the booking. While waiting for this driver, I had other approach me that were offering the same car for half the price. Next time i will just book one from the airport.

Was given a car with almost empty fuel tank ..could have been better if the car had 8-10 liters of fuel
