I was blackmailed into extra charges over 80 € for picking up the car out of hours and a diesel surcharge. I picked up the car exactly as specified in the rental agreement and didn't request a diesel in the first place. Goldcar told me it's the only car they have left so either I pay or leave. They are thieves.

The staff were not very friendly. They forced to pay additional costs that were not necessary. The car we were given was not satisfactory. The lights were not working. There was only one staff. We had to wait to get a new car

Awful 1xmale 1x female bullish in hard selling insurance not interested in us just in pushing us to pay€164.00 euros for the car insurance, rude ,abrupt,and at 66 years old I don’t like to be treated in this manner when I treated them with respect.Will look to avoid Gold car in the future out of 10 score 1.

Une arnaque, ils rajoutent des frais exorbitants à l’arriver Pour récupérer la voiture. ils arnaquent les personnes en rajoutant frais sur frais, en disant que sans payer ses frais nous n’aurons pas de possibilité de récupérer notre véhicule. C’est une honte.

Poor customer service from Sonia, who wanted to finish her shift. The vehicle had many defects to be reported, which proved difficult in the dark and time consuming but we were helped by Emanuel, who was waiting for his lift home. I have already cancelled my next reservation with you and gold car in February.
