Car was scratched almost everywhere and no power not well maintained or tuned?) Not easy to drive

Pickup and drop-off were very easy. I chose the oldest and lowest-tier car, but if I had another chance, I wouldn't choose the oldest car again. It had high fuel consumption, loud noise, poor driving experience, no rearview camera, limited side mirror visibility, no in-car charging, and no phone mount. Having a phone mount is crucial to avoid accidents, and charging is also important to prevent anxiety.

Took too much time to wait for the car. However, the customer service of Paradise did a great job when we encounted a problem.

Drop off time wasn’t flexible enough, plus amount charged by staff for additional hour was incorrect and more then what was specified in the contract

Paradise rental car is not recommended. The car is in really bad condition with scratches. Returning the car is a hassle. The rental car location is inconvenient located in totally traffic jam road and the officer took so long to check the car.

The web booking is convenient, please do not use paradise really not recommended.

The car was in a great condition despite the car being compatibility the cheapest in the market.
