Worst customer service from Paradise Rentals. The car was very old (80K miles) and service was bad.

The car was very old (80K miles), brakes were not responsive, and overall condition was bad. However they refused to exchange or upgrade the rental car even after we called out the issues with the car. The only option was to upgrade to Proton Perdana for 450RM per day. The customer service was terribly bad as well - they didn't know what cars they had available, promised us a new car and yet delivered an old Proton Saga with bad brakes. The only upside is the car is cheap, but not much cheaper than others. I would not recommend renting a car from Paradise.

Car been scratch everywhere. Car bad handling on highway. Book Proton Saga, but they give Bezza Take too long for the staff bring the car to us.

The car was really dirty, there was even a shoe from another person under the seat. The breaks started not to work but in all the country they only have ofices in Kuala Lumpur and in Penang to change the car and i was on the other side of the country so i had to go have of the country with tje breaks broken.
