Since we were not very familiar with the road conditions, both our pick-up and drop-off were slightly delayed, but the staff was very patient and kept reassuring us that it was okay. I accidentally left something in the car, and when I heard the car had already been sent for cleaning, I thought it was gone. However, when the staff found out, they were incredibly helpful in returning it to us. I really appreciate it!

Excellent service. The staff delivered and picked up the car with a very positive attitude and provided a thorough introduction to the car's features. They generously covered the parking fee for us, and even when we lacked change during car return, they went to an ATM themselves to get it sorted. Any questions during the journey were promptly answered. Most importantly, the car was in great condition. They conducted a detailed inspection of the tires and found them to be practically new, with deep tread patterns. Highly recommended.
