Excellent service. The staff delivered and picked up the car with a very positive attitude and provided a thorough introduction to the car's features. They generously covered the parking fee for us, and even when we lacked change during car return, they went to an ATM themselves to get it sorted. Any questions during the journey were promptly answered. Most importantly, the car was in great condition. They conducted a detailed inspection of the tires and found them to be practically new, with deep tread patterns. Highly recommended.

There was a dedicated staff member at the airport arrival area to greet us. The process was smooth, the service was attentive, issues were resolved efficiently, and communication was excellent.

Good attitude and quick problem-solving

I rented a Subaru SUV from their company. Although there were some hiccups during pick-up, the originally reserved Crosstrek model was unavailable because the previous renter lost the license plate, so they upgraded me to a Subaru Forester. However, when handing over the car, the key's tail broke, causing a further delay of about two hours. In the end, the rental company proactively refunded one day's rental fee, which was a nice surprise. Although their cars are not new—the Forester was a 2016 model with over 200,000 kilometers—the vehicle was well-maintained. It had features like a backup camera, lane departure warning, collision prevention system, electric seats, and heated seats. The suspension felt solid, and the tires were recently replaced.
