The service was excellent, and the staff was very enthusiastic. The car had low fuel consumption, providing a fantastic user experience! When returning the car, I didn't have time to refuel, and the charges were very reasonable. There were no upsell attempts throughout the process, and the car replacement took about five minutes in total. Highly recommend!

The car's condition was quite average. The windows had an oily film, making the front windshield very blurry at night when it rained. The interior light was broken, and one car door was extremely difficult to open. The car roof was also dirty, likely from scratches caused by luggage. Although I added the store's WeChat account, the staff didn't speak Chinese. When we couldn't find the return location and asked for help, they just pointed out we went the wrong way and told us to keep circling without clear instructions.

スタッフは英語とタイ語でしたが、こちらのつたない英語でも問題なく借りることができました。 返却時は予定より早く空港に着いたのでスタッフに電話し、指定の駐車場に停め、カウンターのキーボックスにカギを入れるだけで、簡単に済みました。
