The driver's license requirements stated on the Zuzuche app are incorrect. The store only accepts international driver's licenses, but the app lists requirements including notarized translations certified by the consulate. When picking up the car, they required an international driver's license to be issued on-site. Although Zuzuche reimbursed the cost for obtaining the license, the pickup process was delayed by over five hours. Overall, it was not a very satisfactory experience.

Excellent, the car was very easy to drive.

Don't be fooled by the initially cheap price. I wanted to rent a Golf, but they said they only had a Ford of the same class. There’s an additional charge of 0.5 euros per km if you exceed 1000 km. I recommend calculating the costs carefully before deciding whether to rent. I opted for full insurance upon arrival, which cost 94 euros. The deposit was reduced from 1200 to 200 euros. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant—lacking transparency. Picking up the car was also troublesome, as I had to take a shuttle to another hotel, which added at least an hour to the process.

Less waiting in line and no pressure to buy insurance.

Very good price, decent car and easy drop off. Pick up took a very long time though even though is was off season, about 1.5 hours from clearly passports to having the car.

Click Rent is a well-established car rental company on Mallorca, with branches visible everywhere on the island. We upgraded to a Volkswagen T-Roc on-site, which had somewhat limited space. The car had over 30,000 kilometers when we picked it up and performed well, especially during the driving experience in the mountainous western region.

The shuttle buses are insufficient. I waited for over 40 minutes at the airport before their shuttle finally arrived. Other company's shuttles came by frequently, but not theirs. When I tried calling, there was no direct line, only automated voice menus, and I couldn't get through after being transferred multiple times.
When returning the car, even though I had already purchased their full coverage, they still inspected the car very thoroughly. To my surprise, they even demanded a fuel receipt! The tank was full—were they worried I filled it with diesel?!

The service was terrible and completely lacked compassion. The service was extremely poor. I booked at the airport hotel, but the store was closer to the hotel. After returning the car, they assisted with transportation but refused to drop me at the hotel entrance, insisting on dropping me at the airport shuttle stop instead. This forced me to walk with a large suitcase, which was highly inconvenient, especially since the road from the hotel to the airport shuttle was under construction. Absolutely inconsiderate and extremely frustrating.

The staff were enthusiastic, provided clear explanations, and the rented car was in great condition with no issues to criticize.

There was no guidance when picking up the car, so I had to find it myself. I ended up walking a long way and couldn’t find the car, then had to go back, which wasted a lot of time. It was also very inconvenient to carry luggage.
