This car rental was cheap, but there was a long queue to get the car. I've been renting cars in Thailand for 10 years, and this is the first time I got a brand-new one with only 78km on it. But I suspect it's a refurbished car because the license plate wasn't red. It had Bluetooth, but I couldn't connect it. The car maxed out at 100km/h and struggled to reach 120km/h. The performance was lacking, but hey, for just 130 baht a day, you can't expect perfection!

The car pickup process was super simple, done in just 2 minutes. The staff were professional, only providing the most important details and car usage tips with no upselling. Returning the car was also smooth, just a quick exterior check and it was sorted in 3 minutes.

Absolutely satisfied! So far, I've completed two trips with this company—one from October 1st to 19th, crossing the U.S., and the other from October 20th to 31st, touring the Great Lakes and southeastern cities in Canada. Both the vehicles and services were top-notch. I just hope they can provide an expense statement (or invoice). Will definitely choose them again next time!

The service was warm and attentive. When the car window got smashed during nighttime parking in Los Angeles, the vehicle replacement was very efficient.

I couldn't get the Cherokee I reserved. There were limited car options, and the car they provided wasn't any better than the one I booked. It was a Volkswagen SUV, barely enough for three people’s luggage. However, the store explained that it was the only car they had. Another group of friends traveling with us waited for an hour at AVIS but ended up getting a better car. It seems like their car inventory is indeed quite tight.

I previously heard that many car rental companies in the UK use tricks, but this one was quite good. Although they did mention once or twice about upgrading to a more expensive car or adding insurance, once I firmly declined, there was no further pushing. This level is understandable. Overall, everything went smoothly.

There was a little mix-up at first; there was no car in the A12 spot, so I just went back to the little booth, and they reassigned me to another car. It was very smooth.

Tracey at Double Tree Disney Springs was really nice although she didn't have a car in our category, after a couple of hours she got us the perfect car for our vacation. The return experience at Holiday Inn Caravan Ct Universal Studios was not so good. The agent (didnt get his name) was not very friendly. Although he said to us we could keep the car longer free of charge if we wanted, up until 11am the following morning at no cost - which we didnt. Then we were charged €12 for 30min late return even though we were 90min early!! Thanks to QEEQ for arranging a refund for this. We will NOT be using that branch of Budget Car Rental again.

I didn’t know how to use the gps or some other dash features. I had the immediate help from a budget customer service rep and she was very personable. Another male rep came over and helped support the lady. Thank you BUDGET for the outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The rental counter agent was very friendly and got our trip off to a stress free beginning. Although the RAV4 was unavailable, the car we received got far superior mpg's and was a quite comfortable VW Taos.

The car's condition is considered excellent compared to vehicles commonly seen on Egyptian roads. I added unlimited mileage, which turned out to be a great decision; otherwise, it would have been stressful. The rental company's response was very prompt. When I accidentally locked the key in the trunk near the pyramids, they kindly sent someone with a spare key. I'm very grateful.

Overall very satisfied. After returning the car, they specifically asked which terminal I was leaving from and dropped me off at the terminal entrance.
