The service was excellent this time. I forgot to leave the lock in the car while on my way to the airport. When I realized it, I handed it to the driver who took me to the airport. He said he could deliver it to the company for me. I really appreciated this great service.

The car we rented exceeded our expectations—it was brand new, in excellent condition, and very comfortable to drive. The entire process was transparent with no hidden fees. Although there was a slight misunderstanding during the car return due to a language barrier, the rental company responded quickly and resolved the issue perfectly. The staff were very friendly, but there are often many customers renting cars, so sometimes you need to wait in line. The cars had several small scratches, but they were all marked with stickers by the company.

The car had a severe lack of power and stalled during the trip, posing safety concerns. Most of the journey was through small towns, and the airport branch did not have enough vehicles for a replacement. It was a nerve-wracking experience throughout the trip.

The staff at the front desk were very patient and friendly. The vehicle was overall clean, well-prepared, and had low mileage. We initially booked a Camry, but they upgraded us to a 7-seater Chevy Traverse after noticing we had a lot of luggage.

The store is closed on weekends, so it's better not to return the car on weekends. The only car available was low on engine oil, which made driving it a bit concerning.
