The pick up at the airport was confusing and disjointed.
They were helpful, it seemed to take a while to get the paperwork sorted and the man seemed a bit flushed. Ok experience overall.

The staff were very enthusiastic, introducing us to New Zealand and taking us to a nearby supermarket for shopping. There were no hard sells or hidden charges. The vehicle was new and in good condition, with more interior space than I had expected. Our group of four, along with four suitcases and two backpacks, plus various other items acquired along the way, fit perfectly without affecting comfort. Both the driver and passengers found it very comfortable. I will definitely rent from this company again on my next trip to New Zealand. Great value and excellent experience.
