Extremely dissatisfied. This is a small local rental car company and I strongly advise everyone not to rent from small companies like this. First, their office is neither at the train station nor the airport. They send someone to deliver the car to the train station, but when I didn’t get there on time, they just left without waiting. Could they not have called to check where I was? When I finally managed to contact the company, they charged me a 16-euro late fee. Even worse, the company doesn’t operate on weekends. If you encounter any problems during the rental period, you won't be able to find any staff until Monday.
