The shop is right inside Cologne train station, just turn right at the sausage shop and you'll see it. Very easy to find.

The staff member was quick and efficient, and he asked if we were familiar with the Skoda brand, reminding us to return the car with a full tank. He briefly mentioned the three levels of insurance, and after I confirmed I only needed the basic coverage, he did not push further. The inspection during return was also very quick, overall a very pleasant experience.

The pickup and return process was very smooth. However, during pickup, they were in a hurry for you to sign without inspecting the car. During return, the staff used a flashlight to check the entire car.

I booked a Mercedes C-Class wagon but was given a Renault MPV instead. Not even going to mention the brand, but the car was as large as a Buick GL8, which turned my road trip into a driving job. Claiming these two cars are in the same group in terms of brand and size is downright fraudulent!
