Pick-up Instructions

The office is located in Piazza Duca D'Aosta 1, inside Galleria delle Carrozze (the central station's covered main entrance that provides access to the MM2 and MM3 subway lines), on the right side towards Piazza Luigi di Savoia. The parking lot is located in Via Ferrante Aporti 1: follow the Locauto/Enterprise signage and park the vehicle in the designated Locauto/Enterprise spaces. The keys will have to be delivered to our staff. Important: out of hours return is not allowed.

Drop-off Instructions

HOW TO RETURN THE CAR AT MILAN CENTRAL STATION The car park is located inside the CM7 complex of the Central Station in via Ferrante Aporti 1A. To enter, simply bring the vehicle closer to the entrance and wait for the license plate reading system until the barrier is raised. Once inside, just follow the signs for the "Locauto" car parks. All the paperwork was complete, but they refused to rent to us, claiming we didn't have certification from the Italian embassy and that the translation provided by the rental company was falsified. Their attitude was terrible! Clearly, they didn't want to rent to us early at a lower rate, aiming to charge higher prices later. This is unacceptable!
