Drop-off Instructions

When you return the car outside the opening hours of the rental location; you have to park the vehicle on an Enterprise-Alamo assigned parking space in "Parking Centrum Oosterdok" (address: Oosterdoksstraat 150, 1011DK Amsterdam). Leave the parking ticket on the dashboard and lock the vehicle. Accordingly handover the car key to the Parking Manager. The Parking Manager's office is located at the entrance/exit of the parking facility.

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Italy, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, The Republic of San Marino, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City State, Denmark, Norway, Sweden

Any islands are excluded from cross border travels. Travels to Norway and Sweden are only permitted between 1st May and 30th September.

Depending on which countries to bring the rental cars to, policies differ:
