Picking Up Between 8:00am - 5:00pm: 1. Visit our Queenstown Airport Shuttle Request page to request your shuttle pick up. Ensure you are at the airport and have cleared customs and security before making the request. 2. Our shuttle operates on demand; prior arrangements are not necessary before your arrival. Please allow 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. 3. Note: Due to traffic in Queenstown, allow up to 40 minutes for the shuttle's arrival when ordering between 3:30pm - 5:30pm. REQUEST SHUTTLE - QUEENSTOWN AIRPORT https://www.snaprentals.co.nz/pickup-queenstown SHUTTLE PICK UP LOCATIONS: - Queenstown Airport: Our shuttle arrives at the Rental Car Transfer Area. - Exit the airport by the Jetstar check-in area. Once outside, stand next to the blue lockers and free phone; the shuttle will arrive here once requested.

Drop-off Instructions

Dropping off your rental car at our Queenstown Airport depot(5 Glenda Drive. Frankton. Queenstown.New Zealand)is super simple, the key things to remember are: Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refuelling charge ($25). The nearest gas station to our Queenstown car rental depot is the PAK'n'SAVE Fuel just up the road on Hawthorne Drive. Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed or anything, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge. After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2 minute final handover process and your away! Our Queenstown Airport Shuttle service does work both ways - simply ask for a lift back to the airport when dropping off your vehicle.

The insurance for the rental car seems almost mandatory. We might not have been very clear about this initially. When we got there, we said we didn't need insurance, but the rental company insisted that without it, we needed a credit card guarantee, and cash wasn't acceptable. This wasn't communicated to us beforehand during the rental process. I think your platform should explain this better. Since we didn't have a credit card, we were forced to buy the most expensive insurance (we could only buy the most expensive one? This feels like a forced sale), which was really frustrating.
