Hertz vehicles cannot be driven into any country which is known to be at war or under an embargo by the United Nations, unless a deposit equal to the value of the rented vehicle is left at the beginning of the rental. * Vehicles rented in Tirana can be dropped off in Pristina (Kosovo region) - An additional fee of USD 150.00 will apply. Should these restrictions be ignored all insurance (Third Party Liability, CDW, TP, PAI), if accepted, shall be deemed, null and void. Price agreed 6 months in advance was increased from 375dollar to over 800 dollar, Terrible customer service,they said that was within T@C but couldn’t point where that is on T@C What’s the point of booking a car in advance if they have the right to increase the price. Strangling at 2 am in the morning with kids and luggage and no where to go.
