i love this hertz location - the staff is always super friendly and efficient. whenever i see this location as an option to book, as long as the price is relatively similar to other locations, i always book here.

They didn't provide the reserved model, and none of their locations had a replacement vehicle available. They also didn't allow early cancellation. The offered Tesla wasn't suitable for long-distance travel. After picking up the car, we found that even when parked overnight, the battery still drained, causing us to make multiple long charging stops during the trip. This added extra time and fatigue, resulting in a very poor rental experience.

The main issue was that it took an hour to pick up the car. The female staff member was extremely inefficient. If this had happened in China, there probably would have been an argument already. I don't understand why everything had to be recorded twice.
