Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

The customer can take the vehicle overseas, there are some additional charges that would apply. Firstly there is a one off overseas charge of £125 along with a £20 a day green card insurance charge. There is a mileage limit of 100 miles a day, if this is exceeded, there's a charge of 50 pence per mile. The customer would also need to arrange their own European breakdown cover as we can only provide it in the UK.

They forced us to upgrade by 2 categories because they didn’t have the car we originally booked. We have to wait an hour and the car was dirty.

Wait time was too long. Info required could have been collected in advance. Car provided was not as requested and was positioned as a ‘free uprgrade’ which is nonsense.

Took a very long time to get the car. The guy on the desk kept sales pitching to get the person in front to upgrade. It was extremely frustrating. Also on the paper work it said to go to a different pick up address, wasting my time walking around while it was raining
