You can walk to the counter of Hertz - Luton Airport car rental.

In order to pick up your rental vehicle a courtesy bus is available from the Main Terminal Building to the Car Hire Centre and operates from Bus Stop No: 1 every 10-15 minutes. Please note that there might be a local fee (Dart charge) if you are travelling through the Darford Tunnel or over The QE2 Bridge.

Drop-off Instructions

All vehicles must be returned to the new Car Hire Centre. You will be liable for all penalty fines or parking fees if the vehicle is returned to any other car park. Key box available and located outside Car Hire Centre.
