Pickup: After arriving at the airport, please collect your luggage. Once you have it, call or send us a WhatsApp message at +52 6141622423. Our staff will guide you to the authorized pick-up point (shuttle area or waiting zone). A representative will arrive shortly to pick you up. We will drive you to our nearby office to complete the rental process. Drop-off: Please return the vehicle to the rent a car office at the scheduled time. One of our agents will inspect the vehicle and complete the rental agreement. We will then provide you with a complimentary ride back to the airport. If you have an early flight or need to return the car outside business hours, please let us know in advance to coordinate.
