After arriving at Orlando Airport and collecting your luggage at Baggage Claim, please proceed to the Ground Transportation Level (1st Floor of the Terminal), which is one level below the baggage claim area. At Terminal A, go to pick up spaces A11 - A12 or A13; at Terminal B, go to pick up spaces B11 - B12 or B13; at Terminal C, go to pick up spaces C277 - C278. To request a shuttle, please call +1 (855) 575-6933. The shuttle will come to pick you up.

Drop-off Instructions
