After that, please take the elevator to the Groud floor where the office located to return the keys. Out side of office hours, please drop the keys into the key drop box at the office entrance door. I booked the car for the weekend, but the foreign staff was off duty. One employee made a special trip to come, unfortunately, he was late. While waiting, you start to question your life choices, feeling fooled. No calls to inform or contact options. Sigh!
