Pricing on internet is not transparent. No indication that price advertised was only a part of the total price. Very deceptive! Will NEVER rent again from Avis!

Overall, I am satisfied. There were a few hiccups along the way, but everything was eventually resolved smoothly.

En la devolución teniamos un poco de arena en el coche y por ese motivo nos han robado 50$ en nuestra opinión demasiado. Por otro lado el aparca coches de avis muy antipatico. No nos ayudo en nada.

Tried to sell me insurance. After I told him I had it and didn’t need it.

Fiquei chateada que paguei mais que o dobro do valor da reserva feita pelo site . Inventaram várias cobranças obrigatórias que eu não tive escolha . Tinha seguro da visa e mesmo assim me obrigaram a pagar várias taxas .

The service at both the AVIS check-in and check-out counters was first class, I could not recommend the staff more highly.

The car was great. The lady who helped me (Blazy) was fantastic. Lovely person. A Great asset to the company. Her English was such a help to me.

No quisieron respetar los seguros que ya tenia contratado, por suerte había contratado el seguro con AXA.

It took 40 minutes to pick up the car, such a hassle... There were only two cars, one without a key and the other without an exit permit. Ridiculous! The funniest part was we booked a midsize sedan and got a full-size SUV. If we weren't in a hurry and didn't want the trouble, we would have canceled on the spot.

The car was very clean when we picked it up. We were not advised about toll road charges prior to pick up. The car had a full tank of gas on pick up. The technician on pickup went over the car and identified all the marks and dents (although there wasn't many) and recorded them on his sheet. The price we paid was the price quoted. We were very happy with our rental car, great gas mileage. Gas price for premium $1.12 per litre. All gas stations have the same prices.

Mentiroso. En mostrador me indicaron que el seguro de RC contratado en la app no era valido y me exigieron tomar uno nuevo. Luego resulto que BUDGET me estafo, ya que lo que me habia vendido era un incremento de cobertura.

Pésimo servicio, inicialmente nunca llegaron por nosotros en el servicio de bus ya que están fuera del aeropuerto, tuve que pagar transporte hacía Europcar, cuando llegué me exigieron que debía dejar un depósito de $1500 dólares (en el contrato hablaba de $350), luego me entregaron un vehículo con problemas en la defensa la cual colocó en todo momento en riesgo nuestras vidas durante todo el viaje, además no informaron al momento de ellos entregarlo para lo cual cuando se estaba devolviendo el vehículo trataron de echarme la culpa del daño del mismo y que debía pagar sin importar si llevaba la evidencia (es una vieja técnica para presionar al cliente para que pague porque si no pierde el vuelo), no se dejen estafar, siempre graben sin pena, detalladamente todo el vehículo tanto por fuera como por dentro, verifiquen que todo funcione correctamente y en caso de una injusticia no duden en llamar a la policía, si tienen la evidencia no tienen por que temer pero no nos podemos dejar que nos timen y esperen siempre a que les devuelvan cada peso del depósito antes de irse.

Nunca me entregaron el carro, la oficina estaba cerrada, mi reserva era a las 9.00 am y me retiré del lugar como a las 9m30 a.m hacia otra arrendadora, y nunca llegó el personal del counter, tuve que alquilar de apuro en otro lugar, casi no encuentro carro y esto era para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hija, por suerte en National me atendieron super bien.

Counter staff at the pick-up location (Thrifty) tried to offer me aditional insurance.

The credit card process is complicate at budget. They blocked an amount of $250 from my credit card they also asked me to sign two additional vouchers which I refused to

The staff at the THRIFTY office were rude, claimed there was no reservation from Zuzuche, and tried to charge me exorbitant rates for a new rental. This ordeal lasted nearly 2 hours. During an emergency, I called the office several times but received no answer. After my car was towed to their location, they fraudulently claimed the car was a total loss and charged my credit card $14,500 without my presence or consent. The company exploits foreign tourists who are unfamiliar with the area, have limited time, and do not speak Spanish, engaging in deceit and extortion. Such actions are despicable, showing a complete lack of basic professional ethics, and they should not serve Chinese tourists. I strongly urge relevant authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into this company’s malpractice and protect the interests of Chinese tourists.
