Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Located in the baggage claim area. CARS: Located outside terminal; within walking distance. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box. Remember to take your personal belongings with you. The key drop boxes can be found inside the rental office lobby on the end of the rental counter tops or in the garage next to the Avis/Budget exit booth marked "AVIS/BUDGET". Customers with GPS or XM Radio devices may drop these devices in the large drop box located next to the Avis/Budget Exit Booth. Drop boxes are available midnight until 0530 daily.

The car was not full of gas as promised, half full. Spoke with their customer service and supplied picture of half filled gas tank. Noted and taken care of at Pittsburgh Airport on return. This is why it took about 15 minuets to return. Leaving Grand Rapids was about 15 minutes as well, completing reservation was about 10 min because of my questions. Everyone was very nice and courteous from Budget! TY!

When making a reservation over the phone, they said they would call back, but they never did. When we tried to extend the rental, they didn't provide the necessary information, making us go there twice. The prices at the store are ridiculously high; even Americans say the service is terrible. We won't consider this company again.

The counter staff person at pick up was very friendly, but I was shocked to see that the price I had to pay was $50 more than the price I booked it for. The staff told me it was because of tax, but why wasn't that included when I booked it? I don't like when pricing isn't upfront. Also, I called to talk to someone about extending my drop off time, and that person wasn't very nice.
