I picked up an Audi Q7 SUV at Belgrade Airport on June 4th and returned it as scheduled on June 10th. On June 10th, I received an email from the rental company claiming that the Audi Q7 had two scratched rims and was missing two tires, and they wanted to charge me over 1300 euros plus 20% tax. This is completely false. During my entire rental period, I did not encounter any accidents, and I parked the vehicle daily in dedicated garages and parking lots. I returned the car in perfect condition at Skopje Airport in North Macedonia, and there was absolutely no damage to the rims or missing tires.

Extremely satisfied. The car was a brand new model with only 2000 kilometers, and the staff provided professional and efficient service. There were no hidden fees. During this self-drive trip, the undercarriage was scratched, but the return process was handled professionally. The full insurance covered the undercarriage and glass, which was absolutely necessary and ensured a smooth experience. The car had great power and was clean and tidy. It was an unforgettable journey.

A major car rental company with very professional services and smooth overall processes. Both pickup and return experiences were good. Booked a Renault but received an older Opel with 60,000 kilometers. Apart from waiting an hour during pickup, everything else was excellent.

The pickup location is in a container near the airport and cannot be found using Google Maps. It was only with the GPS address provided in QEEQ's email that it could be located. The staff left a phone number but had gone out; we had to ask the nearby Sixt staff to call and get them to come back. I originally booked an Octavia, but they said there were no cars available and upgraded me to an A4. This made me drive very cautiously throughout the trip, avoiding parking on the roadside out of fear of scratches.

The car rental experience was very poor. For their own benefit, they refused to assist with any difficulties faced by renters, which was disheartening. I will never rent a car from the CARWIZ rental company again.

We always rent cars for self-driving trips when traveling abroad and have generally had great experiences. However, this time on May 3 at Belgrade Airport with CARWIZ, it was disappointing. Here's what happened: the primary driver forgot to bring their credit card, and the company would not let us pick up the car. We proposed two solutions: 1. Use cash for the deposit or have a traveling companion's credit card pay the deposit; 2. Replace the primary driver on the booking with a traveling companion or rebook under their name. Both were rejected. The only condition given by the company staff was to pay an additional €650 for full insurance; otherwise, we would not be allowed to pick up the car and the already paid rental fee would not be refunded. Ultimately, after some bargaining, they allowed us to pick up the car after we paid €620.
Additionally, I want to inform everyone that the car's exterior condition was quite poor, with over a dozen noticeable scratches and dents. Since I opted for full insurance, I didn't bother negotiating further. Overall, this car rental experience was very unpleasant. Please take this into consideration.

Overall satisfied, but the damage assessment is too high. A very slight scratch costs 280 euros, plus service fees and other charges. Luckily, I bought the super insurance. But I haven't started the claims process yet, so I don't know if I can claim the full amount.

The originally booked car model was unavailable, and only two options were provided—one could only seat two people, so we had to reluctantly accept a larger model. Moreover, the insurance for the larger model was extremely expensive. Additionally, there were no clear indications that the main driver couldn't be changed on-site. Since the person who made the reservation wasn't the main driver, we had to pay extra to add a secondary driver.

Hello, Very bad experience with Budjet Serbia! While getting the car they obligated me to pay extra charge of 30Euro for that they called extra hours open office. We got the car around 23.00 while their office is open 24/7 and nothing like this condition not appeared in our contract. After returning the car Budget send us invoice with charging additional 12Euro tax. After writing to the their service for clarification this, they explained this additional charge for returning the car without washing it! We absolutely cleaned inside the car and also the local guy got the car without any notes or claims but washing outside it’s looks like unacceptable demand! I wrote mail to their local costumer service and got very disappointed answer that all described above is like costumer duty. I was shocked from service like this from big company like Budget. I expect help from QEEQ to solve these issues and get a refund 42Euro (30+12) that knowing before renting these unexpected charges, could change my decision to book the car via QEEQ. The car pickup process was relatively smooth, but unfortunately, they didn't have the Golf I wanted. I had never seen a Citroën C3 in China before and initially felt it wasn't a good choice. However, after driving on mountain roads, I realized it performed quite well. They didn’t push any additional paid services. In Bosnia, the police informed us about two speeding tickets unrelated to our rental period. We reported this to the rental company via the QEEQ platform. When returning the car, the rental company was aware of the situation and assured us it was not our concern. Hopefully, there won’t be any hidden charges.

Overall, it was quite good. We had an early flight, and although the office officially opened at 8 AM, they started processing at 7:35 AM without any extra fees. They acknowledged that we already had insurance and did not try to upsell us. Both pickup and drop-off went smoothly without unnecessary delays or hassles. The only downside was that they gave me a Hyundai economy car instead of the Polo I requested since it was unavailable. Honestly, driving it wasn’t ideal, but the car was very new, with only 20,000 kilometers on it, so I accepted it reluctantly. In Bosnia and Herzegovina’s mountainous roads, a diesel car would be better. This small car struggled a bit but managed to complete the journey. As of now, the deposit pre-authorization hasn’t been lifted yet, and I reckon it’ll take another month.

Renting from this company was a costly mistake. After driving the car for a few days, it broke down, and the rental company blamed us for driving on poor road conditions, claiming we damaged the engine. They referred to a series of contract clauses, accusing us of breaching the agreement and demanding we take full responsibility. During negotiations, they directly charged my credit card 15,000 RMB without my consent.

The rental process and the service of the staff during the car inspection were decent. However, the reserved Ford Focus Wagon was unavailable, and instead, they provided a Skoda Rapid with over 130,000 kilometers, countless scratches and dents on the body, and a cracked rear-right wheel rim. Honestly, it was quite disappointing. I drove the car very cautiously and completed the trip with constant worry. Serbia's infrastructure is underdeveloped and the road conditions are poor. I'll choose a major rental company next time.

This car rental company is relatively small. I booked to pick up the car at 8 AM, but the staff didn’t start working until 8:10 AM. The process took 40 minutes, and I was asked to inspect the car myself and take a video for my own records. The deposit will be refunded after a month. Overall, the rental experience was average, though the car's condition was okay.

Pick-up: The storefront is quite noticeable, but the explanation of the provided documents was inadequate and the staff was impatient, just asking us to sign. The pick-up location is close to the storefront, in a large parking lot with cars from various companies, which made it a bit hard to find. Return: We returned the car early, and they said they would email us the invoice the next day, but we never received it.

The car rental company's counter was easy to find, the staff were friendly and provided detailed information, but there were a lot of people so we had to wait quite a while. After completing the paperwork and payment, we went to the parking lot to find a staff member in a green uniform who pointed out any existing damage on the vehicle before we signed off. You need to return the car with a full tank of gas, otherwise there will be additional charges. However, we were very dissatisfied with this car; the engine noise was unbelievably loud. Driving at around 20 mph, it sounded like driving over 100 in my own car, even with all the windows closed. Serbian drivers are very fast, so we naturally tended to accelerate, and at over 100 mph, the noise was unbearable. This was an extremely bad experience.

The staff in Europe who checked the car were very impatient and unwilling to help us. We had to figure out all the details ourselves. When we asked questions, they responded lazily and incompletely. About four or five male staff members were huddled together, seemingly discussing my friend and me. Is it not allowed for two women to drive cars in this country? Very frustrating. The staff during car return was acceptable.

We arrived on Saturday and the queue was extremely long to pick up the car, with only one person working at the pickup desk and another at the car park. The people in front of me in the queue had damaged their car and I ended up waiting almost 2h to get my car. But once I collected it, everything went fine. The drop off was on a Tuesday and it was very quick, as there was no queue, no one had any issues and two staff worked both at the desk and outside. I will use them again.
